Opt-out or STOP

By providing your mobile phone number, you will have provided PointBridge Corporation (herein ''PBC'') with consent to send you text messages in conjunction with the services you have requested.

You understand the text messages PBC sends may be seen by anyone with access to your mobile phone. Accordingly, you should take steps to safeguard your mobile phone and your text messages if you want them to remain private. You will receive a text message to remind you of your upcoming payment, when your payment is due, if your payment is late, or if your payment was unsuccessful. Your cellular provider’s message and data rates may apply to PBC’s messages.

Please notify PBC immediately if you change mobile numbers or plan to provide your mobile phone to another person.

If PBC modifies this policy, PBC will notify you by sending you a text message with a link to the new policy. PBC may terminate the text message program at any time.

This policy applies to the operational text messages sent by PBC to our customers while they use our services. If you wish to stop receiving text messages from PBC, including those with information about payment due dates or missed payments, type STOP in the reply text you send to PBC. Your stop request will become effective within one day. You may also stop text messages by calling PBC or emailing PBC with STOP in the Subject line using the contact information below.

If you have any questions about this policy, would like PBC to mail you a paper copy of this policy, or are having problems receiving or stopping the text messages, please contact PBC using the following information: PointBridge Corporation, support@pointbridgeusa.com, or calling 888-222-1439.
